Return & Exchange Policy

At Glamour Bahrain, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Once an order has been purchased and received, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• The customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order to request an exchange.
• Exchange requests made after the 2-day period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for any delivery or shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
